It feels like you’ve been given access to an extraordinary private estate. That distinction is important.
Guests aren’t arriving at a ballroom where the experience has to be created entirely with décor. Here, the experience begins before anything is added. The approach to the property, contemporary architecture, water views, interiors, veranda, pool, grounds, and lakefront already establish a sense of occasion.
What I particularly love is the progression throughout an event. Guests can arrive in one environment, gather somewhere else, move toward the water, experience sunset, and then return to a property that feels completely transformed after dark.
You aren’t creating one beautiful room. You’re creating an evening with chapters. For the right celebration, that is very difficult to replicate.”

We came in looking for a beautiful contemporary property and quickly realized we had several completely different environments at our disposal. The architecture is striking, but then you add the dramatic interiors, statement lighting, pool, expansive grounds, veranda, lakefront, and dock, and suddenly one location can support an entire range of scenes.
What impressed us most was how different the property could look depending on the camera position and time of day. We could shoot something bright and architectural in one area, intimate and sophisticated in another, and then move outside for a completely different waterfront aesthetic.
For production, that kind of versatility is incredibly valuable. Signature Chateau isn’t simply a beautiful house. It’s a location with range.”

“We’ve filmed at a lot of beautiful properties, but Signature Chateau is different. Almost everywhere you turn, there is another shot.
We originally came with a defined creative plan and ended up expanding it once we saw the property in person. The scale of the interiors, architectural lines, chandeliers, reflective surfaces, pool, lake, and outdoor spaces gave us options we hadn’t anticipated.
The property also changes dramatically throughout the day. Morning light feels completely different from sunset, and once the architectural lighting comes on at night, it becomes another location entirely.
It’s rare to find a property that gives a creative team this much visual variety without having to move locations. We could have shot here for days.”

I would make coffee, walk outside, and sit overlooking the lake while the property was completely quiet. Those mornings ended up being some of my favorite moments of the entire stay.
The house is spectacular, of course, but it was having this beautiful place completely to ourselves that made it unforgettable.”

“From a location perspective, Signature Chateau solved several creative needs at once.
Our team was able to capture contemporary architectural scenes, large luxury interiors, intimate spaces, waterfront exteriors, pool sequences, and evening shots without moving company.
That saves time, but more importantly, it gives the director options. There were several shots we hadn’t storyboarded that became possible simply because we discovered another part of the property while scouting.
The house has scale on camera, but it also has distinctive details that work beautifully for tighter shots. Then you walk outside and Lake Lanier completely changes the visual language.”
“I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to photograph before arriving. Within the first hour, that plan changed.
There are layers to this property that don’t completely translate in photographs. The scale is impressive, but it’s the smaller details—the chandeliers, glass, stone, reflections, unusual bathrooms, architectural lines, and the way natural light moves through the interiors—that make it especially interesting through a lens.
Then there is the water. You can create a polished architectural image and, a few minutes later, frame something that feels like a completely different destination. As the sun begins to set, the reflections and lighting change everything again.
We extended our shot list twice because we kept discovering compositions we didn’t want to leave behind.”
